The Student Council at Curtin University Sarawak Campus is a student-run organization. The council has its focus to provide advocacy for university life, facilitate students' social programs, and host a sense of unity among students across departments to offer a voice for the unity within the University.

The Student Council of 2009 will strive to complete the following aspirations:
To build bench(es) in the footbal field(s),
To increase the number of electrical power sockets at the new study area,
To raise the awareness of the facilities offered by the campus,
To have a second Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) installed in campus,
To organize a free market for students to sell second hand items,
To improve seating facilities in the ICT lab(s),
To organize the orientation for new students,
To organize Curtin's annual Prom Night,
To install water cooler(s) at the Multipurpose Hall and around the ICT lab(s) and
To deal with matter(s) concerning free internet access and drain blockage(s) around Curtin Villa and Curtin Village accommodations.
